Gross hematuria is an uncommon first presentation of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), with a prevalence of about 2.5%. 1 Here we report a patient with intractable hematuria and congenital factor VII (FVII) deficiency who was presented for partial transurethral resection of prostate (TURP).
