Trichofolliculoma is a benign, highly structured hamartoma of the pilosebaceous unit showing differentiation between hair follicle nevus and trichoepithelioma. Clinically, a 0.5-10 mm sized asymptomatic solitary nodule usually develops on the face, scalp and neck in the adulthood, but only 5 cases have been reported associated with the ear. In this report, a case of postauricular trichofolliculoma in a 53-year-old female was described with review of articles.
