Tezkires, one of the main sources of classical Turkish literature history, attracted the attention of the Republican literature researcher because it was an important reference and many studies were done on it. In addition, Saka'iku'n-Nu'maniyye's additions, which have a very large volume, did not attract as much attention as "tezkires", but were recently subject to doctoral dissertations and were criticized. In this manner, Seyyid Mustafa's translation named Haka'iku'l-beyan fi-Tercemeti Saka'iku'n-Nu'man and his "zeyl" named Zamime-i Saka'iku'n-Nu'man are prominent examples. This study aims to introduce through the only known copy of the work which is mentioned with suspicion of existence in some studies so far. In this context, the tradition of Saka'ik translation was mentioned first, and then Seyyid Mustafa's work, which also features a zeyl, was introduced by giving the index of biographies. The structure of Seyyid Mustafa's translation is briefly mentioned.
