This paper presents "Design Methodology for Ubiquitous Content" as a methodology for creating various interactive contents especially in an ubiquitous computing environment. This methodology encourages a designer's creation through the design-thinking-based ideation and prototyping with xtel(ubiquitous content platform). In this paper, AMAGATANA is described as a case study of this methodology. AMA-GATANA is a playable umbrella which makes a sound of the sword by swinging.
