Pre-eclampsia is a non-convulsive form of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy. Pre-eclampsia affects approximately 3% of all pregnancies worldwide, with onset of symptoms in the late second or third trimester, commonly after 32 nd week. Our aim was to evaluate the biochemical markers i. e.; Lipid profile and serum uric acid for early diagnosis of preeclampsia.
