This research is performed with the aim of the investigation of the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management in the General Directorate of Labor Cooperatives and Social Welfare of Qazvin province. The population of this research included all employees of the General Directorate of Labor Cooperatives and Social Welfare in the province of Qazvin in 2015 that their total number is 251; according to population size, Cochran formula is used to determine the sample size that the number of the sample is 152 people. The instrument used in this study is used from Denison questionnaire to measure organizational culture with 60 questions and Lawson questionnaire to measure knowledge management with 24 questions. The research method is correlational and the method of data analysis is descriptive and inferential statistical methods of Pearson correlation coefficient. The respondents have evaluated positive and significant the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge Management in the General Directorate of Labor Cooperatives and Social Welfare of Qazvin province. This means that with the increase of organizational culture, knowledge management is also increased and the strongest relationship is related to the variable adaptability and mission.
