The aim of the research is to verify the effectiveness of a group counseling program in improving psychological flow and reducing occupational stress among intellectual education teachers, verifying its continued effectiveness after a period of time and identifying the relationship between psychological flow and occupational stress among intellectual education teachers. The research tools included a measure of psychological flow (prepared by: the researcher), a measure of occupational stress (prepared by: the researcher), and a measure of estimating the socioeconomic and cultural level of the Egyptian family (prepared by: Ayman Salem Abdullah, 2018), and a group counseling program. (prepared by: the researcher).The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of a group counseling program in improving psychological flow and reducing occupational stress among intellectual education teachers, the continuation of its effectiveness after a period of time, and there is a negative correlation between psychological flow and occupational stress among intellectual education teachers.
