In this study, learning activities and learning behavior was defined in conjunction with concept of learning analytics, whether the difference between teachers and learners' learning activities, and also between teachers and learners' needs on information based on learning analytics. Index Terms-learning analytics, e-learning activity, learning behavior, needs analysis  128 According to the Table II , total average of instructor's needs in e-Learning was 4.66 (SD=.33), and total average of learner's needs in e-Learning was 3.42 (SD=.77). There were significant differences between instructors and learners needs for information provided by learning analytics in e-learning. t = -9.543, p <.05 level, the effect size was d=2.25 that is large effect.
