... al study. So, present paper is an effort to bridge such gaps in Indian context. Researches, conducted in the field of Positive Psychology support that traits like helping attitude reflects the practice of human strengths in social phenomenon as well as ethical strength of a society. Therefore, it is necessary to develop certain skills to build helping attitude in a scientific way. The researcher developed certain exercises of building helping attitude and experimented on a group of adolescent students. It was evident from the present research that helping attitude can be significantly taught and learnt through these exercises.
