This paper presents a hybrid 2D-3D space vector modulation control algorithm for three-phase inverters where the fundamental output voltage is controlled to a balanced magnitude and phase angle regardless of the load condition-balanced or unbalanced. Different topologies including three-wire and four-wire topologies are considered in the paper.
