Aim. The problem of birth control is one of the most pressing problems of modern society. That's why family planning and the creation of safe and reliable methods of contraception come to the fore. The aim of this work was to study the features of the mitotic regime of the endometrium when using silver-containing intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUDs), to assess the oncological risk in women who have been using this method of contraception for a long time (within 6 months - 7 years).
