This research was focused on examining the extent of use and the attitude of undergraduate (UG) students towards the use of electronic information resources (EIRs). The findings revealed that EIRs are not adequately utilised as the UG students have negative attitude towards its use. They assume that additional special computing skills are required before one can be competent enough to effectively utilise these resources. The study also established that there is significant relationship between UG students' attitude and their use of EIRs provided in the library and also provides practical insights into the consequences of having negative attitude towards the use of libraries' EIRs. Recommendations geared towards ameliorating the problems were also made.
