The present article investigates the application of high order TSK (Takagi Sugeno Kang) fuzzy systems in modeling photo voltaic (PV) cell characteristics. A method has been introduced for training second order TSK fuzzy systems using ANFIS (Artificial Neural Fuzzy Inference System) training method.
