AbstractOsteopontin (OPN) is a multifunctional secreted glycoprotein. We evaluated OPN concentrations in blood and follicular fluid (FF) during the ovarian cycle and their relationship with the production of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which is involved in the pathophysiology of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).
