Acase of the dentigerous cyst due to a migrated unerupted tooth has been reported , This is a case of a 20 − year − 01d man , whose left mandibular canine migrated through the median suture of mandible to the right canine region and developed the dcntigereus cyst due to the tooth . We extirpated the cyst and the tooth . The patient was completely cured for a post − operative observation period of 12 months .
