ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is an important, lifethreatening diagnosis that requires quick diagnosis and treatment, characteristic ECG of which shows ST-segment elevation. Unfortunately, ST-segment elevation is nonspecific, which can be misleading if not careful to be interpreted, as in this case of hypercalcemia seen by us.
