Aim: To compare the clinical and the histopathological outcomes of fibrin glue versus vicryl sutures for fixing amniotic membrane grafts in patients undergoing pterygium excision. Methods: The study was a randomized control study involving thirty patients with primary pterygium. All underwent pterygium surgery with amniotic membrane graft and every alternate patient had the graft secured with fibrin glue and 8 '0' vicryl sutures.
