Zusammenfassung Der Begriff Alveolarproteinose wurde erstmals von Rosen, Castleman und Liebow 1958 geprägt aufgrund ihrer Erfahrung mit 27 Patienten, bei denen sie eine Ausfüllung der Alveolen durch ein PAS-positives, protein-und phospholidreiches Material fanden. Pathologische Laborwerte: Am 1. 3. 95 (vor BAL): HB 17,9 g/dl, Hämatokrit 54 %, Thrombocyten 149 000/mcl, Harnsäure 7,2 mg/dl, Cholesterin 266 mg/dl, Trigylceride 218 mg/dl, GOT
