This article presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies on the processes of destruction ore in wet self-grinding mills under the influence of the aquatic environment on it. The equivalent circuit for determining the stress-strain state of a large piece (ball) exposed to the load at an angle of repose of the material in motion are justified. A uniformly distributed pressure acts on the body of arbitrary shape, depending on the hydrostatic pressure of the pulp inside the drum
