Brushless DC Motors play a significant role in numerous applications. Power density and efficiency are two prominent factors associated with design of these motors. Three phase brushless DC motor is a synchronous permanent magnet motor with rectangular or trapezoidal supply. These motors have a four pole permanent magnet rotors. Stator is a three phase winding supplied by DC voltage. Connecting and disconnecting DC supply depends on the rotor position. For each 30 mechanical degrees of rotor,
