The two researchers used the descriptive approach in both survey methods and correlational relations to suit the nature of the problem and the objectives of the research. The two researchers identified the research community in an intentional way, represented by the teaching of some colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq for the academic year 2021-2022, and their number is (1297) male and female teachers who have the scientific title of assistant teacher, teacher, assistant professor, professor. One of the most important results reached by the researcher is that: It was found that there is a significant relationship between educational and technological competencies according to the "TPACK model" and the degree of self-assertion among teachers of some colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, and there is a significant relationship between each axis of educational and technological knowledge and the degree of self-assurance of the research sample. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers is that: Necessity of raising the degree of self-assurance among the sample in order to reach better educational and technological competencies, and studying self-assurance in various other discipline [...]
