This paper investigates the problem of designing a feedback compensator to stabilize a linear system with delays. The compensator is constructed by delay elements, and a sufficient condition for the linear system with delays to be stabilized by this compensator is obtained in the terms of the system parameters. The rate with which the state of the system decreases to zero using this compensator is also discussed. The sufficient condition and the compensator design method are both suitable for
