In the era of globalization, cross cultural understanding becomes critieal issues in managing culturally diverse stakeholders. This paper covers case studies of Hokkaido University's Education programs aiming to foster global leader and an importanee of Rhronests approach (practical Wisdom) in developing globally active human resources with project management competencies.
