The study aimed at deducting some roles of Sharia, that have no direct texts from the Holy Quran and Sunna , and showing the Sharian role in the renewed problems so that the Islamic nation would not separate. The importance of this research comes from its modernness and the advanced researches done in this concern. There are some questions about cloning and whether it is creation. The researcher depended on previous studies and used the inductive and deductive method and she concluded with some results and recommendations.
