The results from data analysis revealed that respondents consider the following factors as the most influential factors: (1) The procedure (PR); (2) The technology (TE); and (3) The human resource (HR). All three most influential factors related to the business risk of the commercial banks with significance level of 5 %. In addition, the research results processed from SPSS 20.0 software. The parameters of the model estimated by Least-Squares Method tested for the model assumption with 5% significance level.
