大学におけるキャリア教育と企業の求めるスキルとのギャップの一考察

In response to the gap between university education and the skills required by companies, METI has established basic skills for working adults. Companies are required to foster the ability to think logically, which has long been emphasized in university education, and to improve the linguistic ability that is the premise of this. So universities are looking to improve their debating skills, but the ability that companies are looking for is not debate ability, but facilitation ability.
