The objective of this is report was to evaluate the physicochemical characteristics and the antibacterial activity of honey produced for human consumption in some counties in Amazon, Cerrado and Pantanal of Mato Grosso, Brazil. Honey samples were collected in 6 municipalities, totaling 18 samples, 3 samples per municipality.
