This article analyzes the pedagogical cooperation between the supervising professor and the students in extracurricular educational work. The aspects of supervising professor readiness to his professional activity is considered. Following the teaching strategies of high school education you can get the final result – comprehensively developed personality of a specialist. more » ... the full-fledged process of education. The attention is paid to self-cultivation and self-development of supervising professor, indicating his professional competence. The essence of tutor's work is examined. The general aspects of an academic group supervising professor and a tutor are defined, but the one has a larger volume. Perhaps by combining these positions in schools of higher education the formation of future specialist personality would be more effective. The content, meaning, components, structure, styles and principles of pedagogical cooperation of the educational process are studied. The educational process of high school is implemented by pedagogical cooperation formed by creating a situation of psychological unity; providing the possibility of personality's self-expression; hidden control of students initiative.
