The researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical method to complete this research through a questionnaire that was prepared in both Arabic and English. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the availability of a strategy for health awareness in most public libraries. The Cultural and Library Activities Department is the most responsible for health awareness activities in Egyptian libraries, while the Health and Safety Department is the most responsible for these activities in American libraries. The study also resulted in weak training programs offered by libraries in Egypt and Arab countries, unlike American libraries.
