In the article considers such elements of the sacred landscape of the northern Selkups as cemeteries, places of memorable historical events and sacred places that have recently become such. All of them are united by a common idea of the spirits that inhabit them. As a result of the research, the following conclusions were made: with regard to cemeteries, the Selkups firmly retain the ideological tradition of being afraid of dead spirits, for which they supposedly serve as a home.
