Bladder perforation is due to trauma or iatrogenic reasons in urology practice. In this article, we present the diagnosis and treatment of a male patient with nonspecific abdominal pain and oliguria. Diagnosis and differential diagnosis and treatment of bladder perforations were evaluated in the light of current literature.
