This study is about the own child sexual abuse experience of a participant followed by a critical literature review, case presentation, method and conclusion. ... hood to adult life. The study was designed in a phenomenological pattern that is rooted in qualitative research. As a result of the analysis, emotions after sexual abuse, need of support, injuring of sense of trust, memories and flashbacks, coping with and managing negative effects of sexual abuse themes were obtained. In line with the findings, sources of the participant are related to sexual abuse in childhood was determined, and the contents of the themes were presented in detail.
