Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare variety of malignant soft tissue sarcoma of uncertain differentiation that affects young adults mostly involves upper arm especially arm and wrist. It has a high rate of recurrence and metastasis. A 55-year-old male presented in December 2011 with a swelling over right scapular region (near angle of scapula). The patient gave a history of swelling from 6 months. Local excision was done 2 times from 2014 to 2016.
