Cybersecurity has become one of the most important challenges facing the world nowadays. The increasing incidence of cybersecurity attacks on both individuals and businesses underscores the need for IT security professionals who specialize in cybersecurity. Given the lack of expertise needed to educate the youth and professionals in cybersecurity, intelligent systems can play an important role to expedite cybersecurity education and training by helping novice cybersecurity instructors develop cybersecurity curricula and training programs. This paper presents viCyber, a cloud-based visual and intelligent tool for rapid development of cybersecurity curriculum based on the Cybersecurity Workforce Framework developed by the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE).
