Nurse is a part of professional health care that provides nursing care to patient and family. Nurses must do their job quickly, precisely, and without mistakes. The high demand of nurse's job can lead mental workload. Mental workload that not managed properly will lead to burnout condition. This study aimed to analyze the effect of mental workload to the nurse's burnout level. This study was cross-sectional. The population was in-patient nurses in three private hospitals.
