Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has been applied with several purposes in clinical environment as well as in basic neuroscience studies. The main purpose of fMRI is to map brain activity, which is achieved by applying statistical methods to time series of each voxel intensity, related to changes in blood oxygen level, in response to a short stimulus. In this work, we propose a new method for the analysis of event-related fMRI based in the use of the Dynamic Time Warping technique
