Ensuring the livelihoods of labour groups in the process of social development in Viet Nam has been demonstrated in previous studies. Many studies have found that labor can improve the livelihood model by using the right livelihoods. However, for labor in agricultural production, land is a great livelihood because it is the main input factor. Industrialization and urbanization have narrowed the area of agricultural production land and brought the livelihoods of farmers into another choice.
