... anyumas Regency has been able to fulfill spatial aspects well, namely in the form of transforming personal space or employee homes in the Communication and Information Office of Banyumas Regency by maximizing various existing devices and technologies that are considered convenient to use. In terms of time, the employees of the Banyumas Regency Communication and Information Office have been able to adapt to two different time situations, namely cyclical time and linear time. This proves that the support from the office and family is able to fulfill the time aspect well. Meanwhile, in the aspect of social roles, the Banyumas Regency Communication and Information Office has been able to provide good work productivity by aligning the roles of personal narratives as employees, husbands or wives and as parents.
