The purpose of this study is to investigate whether organizational support has an effect on psychological ownership perception. Method: A total of 326 employees working in the SME in Gaziantep were the sample of this study. Data wascollected through survey method and subsequently collected data were staticially analysed by using SPSS 21.0. Discussion: In this study where the effects of organizational support perceptions on psychological ownership were examined, it was seen that negative perceptions in organizational support behaviors could affect perceptions of psychological ownership negatively.This study focuses on and investigates the organizational support and psychological ownership perception. In addition, perceived organizational support had a negative effect on psychological ownership. The results were important to reflect upon the relationship between organizational support and psychological ownership perception. In this study where the effects of organizational support perceptions on psychological ownership were examined, it was seen that negative perceptions in organizational support behaviors could affect perceptions of psychological ownership negatively. The findings were discussed from the perspectives of both theory and practice.
