In this study, a comprehensive inundation flow model, which comprises one-dimensional unsteady flow model, two-dimensional inundation flow model and runoff model using kinematic wave method, is developed and is applied to the Isahaya low-lying area, Nagasaki Prefecture. The validity of this model is considered by comparing with the actual records of inundated area and water level of the river network.
