he forms of efficient regional organization are determined. On condition of becoming of multistructural market economy the search of optimal combination of state administration and market self-regulation is carried out. Therefore, reformation of the Ukrainian economy resulted in deepening of crisis processes, slump of economy. The various tasks of government control of economy can be solved as a result of realization of such functions: providing of efficiency, justice, macroeconomic growth and stabilization.
