Allāh has revealed the Noble Qurʾān; in order to make it as way of life. so He commanded us to ponder it, to understand its meanings, to derive its rulings and to extract its secrtes, according to what Allah mentioned in his book: ﴾A blessed Book that We sent down to you, that they may ponder its Verses, and for those with intelligence to take heed﴿ [Saad: 29]. more » ... it and warned us about it. However, the failure to search the types of evil in the Qur'ān has led to fall into its consequences. Therefore, this study aims to shed light on the genres of maladies from a Qurʾānic perspective. By using the inductive and analytical approach. The research concluded: The root of disease in the Noble Qur'an is deficiency, and its various derivations have been repeated in the Qur'an twenty-four times; to signify the necessity of preserving the health of bodies from lack of strength, and preserving the health of hearts from a lack of religion, and that the infinitive form of the verb disease is the most mentioned in the Noble Qur'an, and came in the context of dissimulation from the attributes of the hypocrites; to indicate that the disease of the soul is more dangerous and deadly than the disease of the body and the soul. Three types of disease have also been devised in the Noble Quran; they are: physical illness, mental illness, and spiritual illness.
