In the title molecule, C12H12ClN5OS·H2O, all the bond lengths and angles have normal values. O—H...O, O—H...N, N—H...S, C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, with C—H...π interactions, link the molecules into a three-dimensional network.
