The purpose of this study was to the study of investigating the relationship between social capital and intellectual capital with employee productivity in small and medium companies of Sirjan. The results of this study show the there is a significant relationship between social capital and intellectual capital with employee productivity. According the results, there is a significant relationship between organizational capital and cognitive capital with employee productivity.
