The main aim of this research is to conduct a review on three possible solutions that can improve learning and teaching in pre-schools. The report will then proposed and develop the most appropriate solution that will answer the research questions. This research shall also discuss the importance and impact of information and communications technology on teaching and learning in pre-schools. It will however, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of web-based e-learning system over traditional kids learning.
