The first objective was to establish an informal collaborative network of current and potential CESSDA partners. The second objective was to collect information regarding the needs of possible future cooperation. Using the information from the non-CESSDA member data services, deliverable D4.7 summarises the current state and needs of these data services and examines them on four main levels: the technical level, the human-resources level, the legal and the political framework of the data services.
