Hyperspectral imaging has a wide range of uses, from medical diagnostics to crop monitoring; however, conventional hyperspectral imaging systems are relatively slow, bulky, and rather costly. In this paper, we present an inexpensive, compact tunable optical filter for hyperspectral applications.
