The aim of our research is to study opinions of people upon the pedestrian conditions in urban spaces. The goal is to evaluate, based on the perception of citizens, the existence of certain walkability factors that contribute to the quality of service of the pedestrian environment. Walkability factors are related to mobility, connectivity, comfort, safety and convenience.
