This study aimed to analyze the effect the addition of organic fertilizers and rock phosphate to calcium (Ca), iron (Fe), protein and fat compound of bean pods and to analyze the appropriate dose of protein, calcium , iron and fat compound. The experiment was held at the Elephant Village Demak Regency. The design is completely randomized design with 4 treatments with 4 replications. The result show that addition of organic fertilizers and rock phosphate do not give significantly difference effect in calcium and iron compound in bean pods, but give significantly difference in protein and fat compound in bean pods. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan dosis pupuk organik pada pupuk batuan fosfat terhadap kandungan kalsium (Ca), besi (Fe), protein dan lemak polong kacang panjang serta mengetahui dosis yang tepat terhadap kandungan protein, kalsium, zat besi dan lemak. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Gajah Kecamatan Gajah Kabupaten Demak. Rancangan yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Parameter yang diukur adalah kandungan lemak, protein, kalsium dan zat besi polong kacang panjang. Data yang diperoleh diuji menggunanakan anava dan uji duncan.
