Applying Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to evaluate performance of the sale department of real estate companies

Many real estate companies in Vietnam are lacking an effective method to measure their performance. The balanced scorecard (BSC) is described to evaluate the strategic performance of the sale department of the real estate company in Vietnam. The sale department of Hoang Anh company was used as an example to validate the approach. The self-benchmarking approach was adapted to evaluate the department's performance. The results indicated that the whole performance of the selected department is at the moderate on the performance scale
